LONG BEACH, CA (March 25, 2025) – Showtime Boxing Promotions regrets to announce that the highly anticipated heavyweight showdown between WBA #1 ranked contender Michael “The Bounty” Hunter (24-1-2, 17 KOs) and Christopher Lovejoy (20-1-1, 20 KOs), originally scheduled to headline April 19, 2025, at Thunder Studios in Long Beach, California, has been cancelled due to contractual differences between fighters (Hunter & Lovejoy) and their promoter Don King.
